NOTD: Matte Halloween Skittles
I decided to do some matte skittles in Halloween colors while I wait for my nails to grow out enough for nail art. Colors used are Ulta Little Black Dress, Zoya Harlow, Wet N Wild Thrift Shopaholic, Dainty Digits Sun Burst, and Avon Noir Emerald with Sally Hansen Big Matte Top Coat.
