Bargain Clothing Haul & Lularoe OOTD

After spending the better part of the year not buying many clothes and purging several bags of unneeded items a few months ago, I've added several new pieces to my wardrobe for summer.

I've mentioned Lularoe in a few posts recently, and yes, I have acquired several more pieces in the last few weeks, all well below retail through Facebook and Ebay. Here are the items I have so far that I haven't showed you yet.

2 Carly dresses
Another Irma tunic

Another Cassie skirt

Another Azure skirt
Another pair of leggings

Oh my. I am really enjoying Lularoe garments so far, not for the hype of the brand, but because they are very comfy and can be really stylish. I haven't worn all my items yet, but they all arrived in perfect condition and I haven't had any quality issues with pilling or holes yet.

I'm at the point in my life where I'm not interested in suffering for the sake of fashion (no heels or shapewear for me) but I still want to have fun expressing my style and feel confident that I look good.

This was the second pair of leggings I purchased and I wore them today while running errands. So cute and comfy! I love that the waist doesn't did or roll down at all, as it has with every other brand of leggings I've tried.

Speaking of leggings, I recently heard about another brand of leggings that got me intrigued. Fabulegs  is a slightly less expensive Lularoe alternative, and people praise the brand for it's quality, comfort and fun fabrics. Their full length leggings normally go for $18 and have sizes from 0 to 24+. They also offer a capri length that stops just below the knee for $15 and a small selection of t-shirt dresses, palazzo pants, and harem shorts made
out of leggings material, which I'm dying to get my hands on when they come back in stock! Unlike LLR, Fabulegs is incredibly easy to order from; they have a normal website where you just add your items to your cart and check out. No crazy Facebook parties or annoying group requests.
I'm happy to say that I just ordered my first two pairs of Fabulegs, a full length anchor print and a capri length in black.

I'm especially excited for the capris to wear with shorter dresses and tunics this summer, and I have a feeling they will be a staple on my upcoming vacation. I'm even happier to say that Fabulegs is currently running a great 4th of July sale: 2 pairs of leggings for $17.76, any style! That's a steal at nearly half of retail, and no code needed. The discount will be added to your cart automatically at checkout. Shipping was a reasonable $4.50. If these leggings interest you, dash on over to the Fabulegs website before Independence Day is over!

The last item I purchased recently was a gorgeous pair of floral lounge pants from a retailer called PatPat

They were $12.99 for kids sizes and $14.99 for adults and came in several colors and up to size 3X. This is a cute little discount retailer; I was eyeing several other items too but some were sold out and there was an adorable pineapple print dress but I wasn't how it would fit me so I just stuck with the pants. Patpat.com currently has a promo code for new members. Enter code "coupon" at checkout for 25% off your first purchase and $1.99 flat rate shipping! Not sure how long this code will be good for, so check it out soon.

Have you tried any new brands or styles of clothing recently? Found any great bargains? What are your favorite items to wear for summer?
